This is a list of seasons completed by the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League. This list documents the records and playoff results for all seasons the Avalanche have completed in the NHL since their relocation from Quebec in 1995. That year, they became the first NHL team and the second team in North American professional sports history to win a championship in the same season they moved to a new city.
